Annapurna Sanctuary Trek
Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is the most popular destination for all travelers. Annapurna Base Camp nestled down below the South face of Annapurna. It is the most intensely short trek in Nepal. The trails take you into the very deep heart of the Annapurna range passing through the steep of gushing Modi Khola and bamboo and rhododendron forests along with local ethnic villages. The trail passes between the Machhapuchhre and Hiunchuli which is the entrance to the sanctuary and arrive at the Glacier site of the south face of Annapurna base camp. After arrival in Kathmandu airport, you will be welcomed by Nepal Wonders Treks office representative at the airport. The representative will take you to the hotel in Kathmandu by private vehicle. The hotel will be located in Thamel. It is a tourist hub and it has varieties of restaurants, Trekking gear and Souvenir shops, pubs, and other tourist facilities. After completing all formalities in the hotel, exploring Thamel area on your own. Overnight at Hotel Mandala Boutique
Early morning drive to Pokhara by tourist bus. It will take 5 hours drive by tourist bus to reach Pokhara. On the way, you can see the unique settlements of Nepalese people lifestyle as well as rushing rivers Trishuli and Marshyangdi river. Pokhara is a pristine valley located at the bank of Phewa Lake, It offers 360-degree views of Annapurna range, Machhapuchare, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu. Pokhara is a Touristic hub which provides various facilities. Overnight at Hotel Crystal Palace with Breakfast.
After breakfast drive to Nayapul. We ascend gently towards Ghandruk; the place which is very familiar with the Gurung’s ethnicity. This group of people is the only one who is highly selected by British Army as Gurkha’s Army! This is the very place from where you can see Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre very clearly in front of your eyes. Overnight at Lodge.
This day we will walk towards Chhomrong through descending and ascending trails. We will reach Chhormrong after 5 hours walk, which has settlements of various ethnics groups having the majority of Gurung community. From here we can see Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Fishtail Mountains. Overnight at lodge.
This day we will ascend towards Himalaya passing through jungles along Modi Khola.
This day we will walk towards Base Camp, We have to walk 2 or 3 hours along the lap of Hiunchuli, there are sometimes chances of occurring avalanches in this trail. After walking around 1 and half hours we will reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp. On the trail towards Annapurna Base Camp, we are surrounded by beautiful mountains. After walking around 2 hours we will reach Annapurna Base Camp. Overnight at lodge.
This day we will return back towards Bamboo through the same route, It will take around 5/6 hours to reach Bamboo. Overnight at lodge.
This day we will walk towards Jhinu Danda, one the way we will reach Chhomrong village, we will reach Chhomrong after 5/6 hours walk, Again after walking one hour descend from Chhomrong we will reach Jhinu danda there is natural hot spring. Overnight at lodge
This day after walking 8 hours along the Modi river, we will reach Nayapul. After one and half hour drive from Nayapul by taxi or car, we will reach Pokhara. Overnight at hotel.
Early in the morning after breakfast drive to Chitwan which takes 6 -7 hours drive. After arrival in Resort after refreshment, activities will be held as per the timing. Overnight at Tiger Camp Resort.
