Insurance

Regarding Travel Insurance it is for your own protection. We highly recommend you to obtain insurance that can cover medical evacuation till 6000 meters. Concerning on the Insurance you need to obtain a policy for the days that you will be trekking.

Payments

We require a 15% deposit on all treks before your arrival. Rest of the amount can be paid after your arrival in Kathmandu. We will send you credit advice and your invoice confirmation after funds transfer. It depends upon your willingness whether you prefer credit cards, Bank Transfer or convertible currency.

Refund and Cancellation Policies

In case of any cancellation to be made. All procedure should be confirmed by writing an e-mail directly to     Nepal Wonders Treks and Expedition P.td. We understand things happen at those moments we perceive it. But cancellations made prior to receipt of final payment are subject to a $150 as a processing fee. If there is a sudden change in your travel dates. Generally, we can reschedule your program without charging you extra charge, please mentioned us 7 days early notice.

In some cases, trekkers may finish trek ahead of stipulated time or they end up due to health/personal reason or natural hazards. In this case, we cannot give you any refunds for unused days. Because our cost has been already a commitment to our guides and porters.

Flight Delays

Being a mountainous country sometimes weather creates a problem for regular flight schedule to onward destination. We cannot predict the weather. Like the flight between Kathmandu to Lukla, it often gets halted due to bad weather. On that case flights schedule gets canceled and postpone to another day. If the same conditions remain at that moment. We will attempt to get a Chartered helicopter, but the clients have to pay the extra cost in those case price can be different depending upon the number people on the flight. We will like to highly recommend to our clients to add a more extra day at the end of the trek in case of halted flight schedule.

In some case, if the trip is delayed due to delayed flights, sickness, accidents, bad weather, road washouts or any other contingency for which Nepal Wonders cannot make provisions, the extra cost for such conditions will be charged separately.
