Nepal has only one international airport which is renowned as Tribhuvan International Airport, situated at the east of Kathmandu. Only a few numbers of direct long-distance flights to Nepal are operated from Europe, America, and Australias. But most of these flights always involve a stop in the Middle East or Asia. Flights to Kathmandu are expensive. Due to the lack of major transit routes. These are the only direct flights between western Europe and Nepal.
